He helped sell our original home in 4 days of listing and find us a new house just a quickly. Jim is not only friendly and entertaining but very knowledge. With out his expertise we would have not gotten all this done in record time. He made what could have been a difficult process easy. He stayed on top of everything even while out of the country and personally reviewed all paper work to be sure it was In order. Without his help my husband and I would have been lost. One more thing regarding our new house, the builder was stalling at fixing some things we had aske for several times. Jim was able to get everything fixed the day of our closing.
